Thai Yin Yoga: with Kevin Lynch and Lauren Miceli
Thai yoga combines breath work and mindful movements with long holds while the student is assisted by a certified Thai massage practitioner with stretching and lengthening their body in postures. The practitioner and the student will be connected through breath and touch throughout the class. If you are not comfortable with hands on assisting, this may not be an offering for you.
This practice focuses on the importance of the connection between the breath and movement of the body. The energetic exchange between the student and the practitioner is powerful. This must be practiced under the guidance of a certified Thai massage practitioner, as all bodies are different and may be massaged and manipulated in different ways. This healing form of bodywork holds principles of Ayurveda, Pranayama, and Asana.
The practice of Thai yoga may help with muscle relaxation, increased circulation, support of the immune system, and aiding in the energetic balance to the whole body. The connection through the breath energizes and relaxes the body while simultaneously enhancing the benefits of the physical movement.
This offering will be ON THE ROOFTOP of 2860 Detroit Ave, Cleveland OH 44113

Awaken the Heart: Cacao Ceremony
Step out of the noise and back into the rhythm of the Earth. This is an invitation to soften the edges of your day and drop into the deep, quiet wisdom of your heart.
Our journey starts with the rich, grounding embrace of sacred cacao, sipping intentionally to spark inner warmth. Cacao has been used for centuries to gently unlock the heart’s doorway. As the sacred cacao settles, we move into gentle stillness of Yin and Restorative Yoga. Here, we let gravity do the work, holding floor-based postures. By lingering in gentle shapes, we invite the nervous system to exhale and the body to find its natural state of rest.
As you drift into a long Savasana, the vibrations of the buffalo drum, rain stick, singing bowls and other healing instruments will wash over you. Like a river clearing a path, these sounds help integrate your journey, leaving you grounded, open, and deeply nourished.
Ceremonial cacao is a minimally processed, pure form of chocolate traditionally used in settings to encourage presence, connection, and heart-centered awareness. Many people experience a gentle sense of warmth, clarity, and relaxation when drinking cacao.
When the heart opens, the body softens, and connection naturally follows.
If you are sensitive to caffeine, pregnant, or taking heart medications, you may choose to participate without drinking cacao.
