Turn Your Heat Into Power.

Let’s talk about the fire. The kind that flares up in your body, the kind that builds when you look at the news, and the kind that comes from simply carrying too much for too long. If you’ve been navigating the wild shifts of motherhood or perimenopause, feeling the weight of our current political landscape, or just burning with a need to shed the world's expectations, you are not alone. Society tells women to keep it together, stay polite, and burn quietly.

We say: LET IT BURN.

On Saturday, July 18th from 28 PM, we are gathering for a powerful afternoon of rewilding — shedding the civilized exhaustion of the modern world to reclaim our raw, instinctual, and untamed power.

Spread across 11 gorgeous country acres at Laurel Run, this 6-hour immersion balances intense somatic catharsis with deep, restorative luxury. We’ll start by stoking our internal flames with an empowering, heat-generating rewilding yoga practice led by Lauren Miceli of Sacred Rising Yoga & Healing, designed specifically to activate your core, break through physical stagnation, and channel collective rage into purposeful strength. Once the fire is lit, we'll ground that raw energy in an immersive sound bath before gathering with chef Laura DePalma Isabella of Laurel Run Cooking School and Chakra Kitchen + Wellness to cook a primal, live-fire feast directly over open flames.

This day is your permission slip to return to your nature, whether you are shocking your system awake in the galvanized cold plunge, decompressing by the pool, or writing down what you need to untame from your life to burn into ash for your own individual wish jar. We will close the night around a roaring bonfire with a powerful release ritual, leaving you grounded, lighter, and completely re-centered in your own wild power.

Thai Massage 32 hour CE Course- LEVEL 1 & 2 weekend 1

Thai Massage is an ancient therapeutic art that blends acupressure, sen (energy) line work, joint mobilization, and yoga-inspired stretching. This clothed, movement-based massage is performed on a padded floor mat, allowing fluid transitions and full-body engagement between practitioner and recipient.

This 32-hour continuing education training, offered over two weekends, provides a comprehensive foundation in Northern-Style Thai Massage. Students will explore both the practical techniques and the cultural, theoretical, and historical roots of this healing tradition. Training includes:

  • A complete Thai massage sequence incorporating supine, prone, side-lying, and seated positions

  • Study and application of the 10 major sen lines

  • Proper body mechanics to support ease, strength, and longevity for the practitioner

  • Precautions and contraindications for safe and effective practice

  • An introduction to the history, theory, and ethical principles of traditional Thai massage

  • The skills and confidence to deliver a 90–120 minute Thai massage session

This course welcomes anyone with a sincere interest in healing arts and bodywork—no prior experience is necessary. It is an excellent enrichment for licensed massage therapists, yoga teachers and students, physical therapists, personal trainers, movement practitioners, and anyone wishing to offer meaningful care to others, including friends and family.

Instructor Kevin Lynchis an NCBTMB-approved continuing education provider; participants will receive 32 CE hours applicable toward license renewal.

Kevin is also a recognized Master Thai Practitioner and Instructor through SVG School in Thailand. Upon successful completion, students earn the distinction of Thai Massage Practitioner (TMP). Massage licensure is not required to receive this certification.

Thai Massage 32 hour CE Course- LEVEL 3 & 4 weekend 2

Thai Massage is an ancient therapeutic art that blends acupressure, sen (energy) line work, joint mobilization, and yoga-inspired stretching. This clothed, movement-based massage is performed on a padded floor mat, allowing fluid transitions and full-body engagement between practitioner and recipient.

This 32-hour continuing education training, offered over two weekends, provides a comprehensive foundation in Northern-Style Thai Massage. Students will explore both the practical techniques and the cultural, theoretical, and historical roots of this healing tradition. Training includes:

  • A complete Thai massage sequence incorporating supine, prone, side-lying, and seated positions

  • Study and application of the 10 major sen lines

  • Proper body mechanics to support ease, strength, and longevity for the practitioner

  • Precautions and contraindications for safe and effective practice

  • An introduction to the history, theory, and ethical principles of traditional Thai massage

  • The skills and confidence to deliver a 90–120 minute Thai massage session

This course welcomes anyone with a sincere interest in healing arts and bodywork—no prior experience is necessary. It is an excellent enrichment for licensed massage therapists, yoga teachers and students, physical therapists, personal trainers, movement practitioners, and anyone wishing to offer meaningful care to others, including friends and family.

Instructor Kevin Lynchis an NCBTMB-approved continuing education provider; participants will receive 32 CE hours applicable toward license renewal.

Kevin is also a recognized Master Thai Practitioner and Instructor through SVG School in Thailand. Upon successful completion, students earn the distinction of Thai Massage Practitioner (TMP). Massage licensure is not required to receive this certification.

Cost: $1199 for 32-hours over 4 days.
